By accessing and using the DRYED website (dryed.food) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Ireland and the EU. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, and express delivery 1-2 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over €30. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@dryed.food for a full refund or replacement.
Limitation of Liability
DRYED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
